Star wide-outs Brandon Marshall of Chicago and A.J. Green of Cincinnati were on display in this Week 1 affair that produced a pretty good game. The two dueled for supremacy at their respective positions, Green caught 9 passes for 162 yards and 2 touchdowns while Marshall hauled in 8 catches for 104 yards and the eventual game-winning touchdown. The Bears defense picked up where they left off from last season with 3 forced turnovers (two of them being interceptions). Matt Forte scored a touchdown on the ground, as did BenJarvus Green-Ellis. The only real difference in this game was the turnover differential (Chicago was +2). As expected these two teams were evenly matched, went at it in the trenches, and produced a close game. Cincinnati heads home to take on the Steelers in a big game where each will try to avoid starting 0-2 while the Bears stay home to host the Minnesota Vikings. If they can hold the Vikings to just 63 yards on the ground, they will be golden.
