The Packers have been decimated by injuries this year, but much like their Super Bowl run in 2010 they are persevering. That could mean good things for the Pack (who believe that they could be 6-2). I didn’t get to see much of this game at all, so I will not try to break it down, I will simply comment on how a couple of players played. Blaine Gabbert looked like he played pretty well throwing for over 300 yards for the first time in his short career. The Packers did benefit from a blocked punt, and without it, this could have been a different game. Rodgers appeared like he may have been off a little (after quickly glancing at his stats). Cecil Shorts had a nice game; 8-116-0. Despite the fact that they did not win in impressive fashion, it is good for Green Bay that they won this game. I have seen a lot of teams lose this type of game because they allowed their opponent to hang around. I give both teams credit for this one- the Packers were able to seal the deal, while the Jaguars did play hard without Pro Bowl back Maurice Jones-Drew.
